When you request early access, we collect your email address and basic request metadata (timestamp and request source information) to manage the launch waitlist.

- To contact you about launch availability and onboarding

We process this data under legitimate interests (service launch administration) and, where applicable, consent for direct launch communications.
Storage and retention
Signup data is stored in UK AWS infrastructure. We retain waitlist records for up to 24 months from collection, or earlier where you request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@horizonscan360.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
